Elaborate Decorations, Live Puppetry and Illuminated Costumes share Max?s Holiday Adventure
AT&T Performing Arts Center and Lightwire Theater will animate the windows of Neiman Marcus Downtown on Thursdays and Fridays through December 22 with additional performances on Wednesday, December 13 and December 20.
A greatly anticipated Dallas holiday tradition, the window decor installed in Neiman Marcus? flagship location is a sight to see. This year, the city will receive a special gift. Max?s Holiday Adventure will be told in a series of vignettes through Neiman Marcus window displays. Follow each window as Max, a lost young bird, goes on his journey to find his way home and his lost gift.
Traveling south for the winter with his family, Max gets blown off course during a snowstorm and ends up alone and lost at the North Pole. As he tries to make his way home, he encounters friendly Candyland Worms, dancing poinsettias, Nutcracker soldiers, mischievous mice and an evil Rat King.
The full show of Lightwire Theater?s A Very Electric Christmas – Max?s Holiday Adventure will appear at the Winspear Opera House January 1, 2018 at 1:00 and 5:00 p.m. Tickets are available now for this visually stunning family favorite at attpac.org.
