Flora and fauna find their way into the latest Prada experience, one that encapsulates landscapes and the shifting seasons. From a sunny outdoor picnic where ants crawl aimlessly on a log toward the ocean’s orchestra; from the brisk air of the mountains to a shady trail, Prada Outdoor, a series of pop-up stores and installations, portrays four natural settings: Garden, Coast, Mountains, and Snow through the utilization of a specific product line to speak to each environment.
Including Coast, Dallas can break away from its landlocked blues to experience an outdoor installation at Neiman Marcus within NorthPark Center through June 27. Stylish denizens are welcomed by a beach setting replete with sand dunes, a rocky “coast,” and ocean-colored tents. Meant to invoke relaxation, the collection, plays to the sunny theme.

Ready-to-wear pieces for both men and women are available to purchase. Heightened by high fashion, the beachy garments reach the epitome of sophistication with modern poplin tops sporting bayadere stripes, minimalist tunics, and shirts with stripes.
The men’s attire matches the success of the women’s line: casual yet modern, the line carries a series of trademark prints, bright and iconic, and lightweight jackets for sunset beach walks. Here yellow is monumental, in homage to the sun, as two models lounge on sand dunes, welcoming visitors. Coupled with black, Prada colors are hard to miss as both models don white, black, and yellow, as well as hats with the historic logo.

The luxury department’s storefront also carries a host of Prada sports accessories to complete the themed collection. Including surfboards with nylon covers, rackets, frisbees, and beach volleyballs, Prada has expanded to catch the eyes of any shopper or brand enthusiast. Fit for summer, the collection aims to contribute with a vibrant and vast range of items such as bags marked with the Prada letters, jewelry, beach towels, and lunch sets—Prada offers guidance in every way on a summer day. – By Kit Freeman
