Texas Vignette Names 55 Women Artists for 2025 Vignette Art Fair

Texas Vignette will stage its seventh-annual Vignette Art Fair October 2–4, 2025 at On The Levee in the Dallas Design District (1108 Quaker St., Dallas, TX 75207), bringing together 104 works by 55 women artists from across the state. The juried, exhibition-style fair remains distinctive for a simple but powerful commitment: 100% of all sale proceeds go directly to the artists.

Curated this year by Maggie Adler, the 2025 edition was distilled from 224 applications submitted by artists in 77 Texas cities. The final roster represents 34 cities statewide—from Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin, and Houston to El Paso, Abilene, Nacogdoches, Longview, Sugar Land, and beyond.

“Vignette exists to amplify the voices of women artists in Texas—and this year’s group is a powerful testament to why that mission matters,” Adler notes. “These artists are innovating, experimenting and fearlessly pushing boundaries across disciplines. It’s an honor to help bring their work to light and offer a platform where their talent is seen, supported and celebrated.”

Founded in 2017, Texas Vignette was established to address the persistent gender gap in the art ecosystem, where women remain underrepresented in museum exhibitions and acquisitions, and in gallery rosters and market share. Vignette’s submission-based model, paired with an exhibition format rather than traditional booths, keeps the focus squarely on the work and the artists who make it.
